Day 3 I walked on the campus where I work. I had forgotten what Anschutz looked like in the past 15 months. It’s so green! Today’s walk brought forth the pain in my body- my right shoulder and neck, the top of my right foot (sneakers laced up too tight, maybe?), and the sides of my hips. So my focus shifted between enjoying the beautiful morning, cool breezes caressing my face and arms, the warmth of the morning sun peeking through the clouds, and my body aches. 1.53 miles, 3587 steps, 25 minutes…
